The test on chapter 2 is on Monday 8th November. It will cover lessons 1 to 6. All pages and exercises from the book can be found on previous posts.
Remember you can also use the online tutorials on the phschool.com website. The code for this chapter is are 04 followed by the lesson you want to cover. For example online tutorials for lesson 4, enter the code are 0404.
